That’s a handful of little square confetti-ish bits.

Um? Say what?

Why am I making confetti? Well…. actually it’s a by-product.

I am trying to get all kinds of things pulled together in the studio.

One of the things is to get caught up on binding a heap of my self published books.

A few weeks back, my binder died a nasty death, eating covers and pages as it went to meet it’s destiny in the great recycler in the sky. (Well, the metal melt down thingie….)

Luckily,  a friend has loaned me an ancient binder so I could finish up with the binding.

Unfortunately, the doggone thing is a quirky, slightly snarly old monster.

It refuses to let go of the pages after it cuts the little holes in a few pages.

I can deal with that.

I  turn it upside down and push the cutting blade thingers back up into place with a screwdriver.

sigh.

VERY tiresome,  but…. I can handle that.

BUT, when it started clutching madly at the books after I got the combs on, I lost it…

The greedy refusal of the beastly old machine to let go provoked  a very unladylike burst of frantic,

‘what ARE YOU DOING YOU EVIL BEAST?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!’

thwap! thwap! thwap!……..

Anyhow…. I really am grateful to have the loan of the old monster binder, but still, just saying…. eep.

It’s been a long day. What can I say?

Oh, about the FAQ……

People have been writing to me, asking me what I am going to do about my pile of tutorials from my previous blog at hankering.

Well…. they took me 2 1/2 years to create. I have to go through and re-photoshop them all.

That’s going to take time, and I have to earn a living….. so, the answer is…. please be patient.

I’ll be dealing with them as I can.

People have also been asking me if I am going to sell Tottie Tomato dolls.

Yes.

Eventually….. once again…. that’s going to take a bit of time to get together.

And, they have been asking me if I am going to be publishing more Tottie Tomato stories.

Yes.   And, books, too.

They’ve also asked if I’ll be publishing Tottie Tomato patterns.

Yes.

I am working on a major balancing act as I am juggling new books, and designs, and family health issues and and and…..

so, things are changing, and unfolding, and I am dancing as fast as I can.

And that, as they say,
